  1. The photoshoot session will be conducted based on the agreed time.
  2. The session duration follows the selected package. Additional charges apply if you exceed the package limit.
  3. Please ensure you choose the right package that suits your needs.
  4. Extra time can only be added if there is availability after your session. If another client is scheduled after you, extra time will not be allowed.
  5. Please arrive 15 minutes early before your session starts. If you miss your turn, you will need to book a new session based on available dates.
  6. Rescheduling is only allowed at least 10 days before your photoshoot date.
  7. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or missed appointments.
  8. Full payment must be made immediately after the photoshoot session.
  9. Please be fully prepared before your session starts (e.g., samping, songkok, tudung). Incomplete preparation may cause delays for you and the next client.
  10. High-resolution softcopies will be provided within 12-48 hours via WhatsApp and Our Drive Link.
  11. Don’t forget to tag & mention us @officialstudio.co when sharing your photos!
  12. Hardcopy prints and frames will be ready within 1-2 Month after the first day of Raya.
